Support for Students

A Grade Education and Training provides a high level of support for students. Our Academic Management Team and trainers are available to provide assistance and advice as required.

Our RTO Administrator offers support and guidance throughout your course with us and is available via telephone and email during office hours. After hours support can also be organised with your trainer on request, we are committed to provide high quality training, support and guidance.

Students requiring special or intensive assistance should discuss their requirements with their Trainer who may deal with the problem or may refer students to external welfare and support services if required.
